Most projects will require booking 90 days in advance of the event date. However, there are a few exceptions, please book a discovery call to discuss.

Yes, TDC has experience in executing a variety of event types including corporate, incentive trips, board meetings, business meetings and conferences, social networking events, holiday gala’s and award ceremonies etc.

TDC has a team of Certified Meeting Professionals with 30 years of combined experience in managing events from 25 - 15,000 attendees.

Yes, we have experience working with a variety of platforms, and have relationships with vendors that we highly recommend to offer services based on client’s needs.

Absolutely, we are happy to assist our clients with obtaining whatever permits and licenses are required to execute a seamless event.

We pride ourselves on working very closely with the client from ideation to implementation, to ensure their goals, objectives, and expectations are being met for successful execution of their event.  In addition, we send an event survey to all attendees within 24 hours of the event concluding, so the details of the event are still fresh to capture a more accurate response.
